Nuts, you can see it as a good snack or as candy… you have them in all tastes and sizes. But I personally never liked them, not necessarily the taste but how you chew it. But my colleague told me a while ago that almonds are very good as a afternoon snack and that you can call them superfood. But I didn’t do much with that information because I just didn’t like nuts and there are many superfoods I eat daily. But than I read on the instagram from a girl with amazingly long, big, shiny hair that she eat many almonds for her hair, and that changes things. Superfood + superhair! So I did my research  and run to the ‘nuts store’ to try the almonds.

They taste soooo different than normal nuts! Taste like vanilla or something?! And they are full of vitamins & minerals and good for the heart, brains and your digestion. If you make a routine from a daily handful of almonds (about 24 pieces) it can help to lower your “bad” cholesterol, reduce, the risk of heart disease and diabetes. There are many more reasons why they are healthy for you, but these must be enough to add almonds to your daily routine.

It’s a miracle!

Hemp Oil.

Yessss, you probably think, “Ooooofcourse a girl from Holland, Amsterdam, drugs, illegal stuff” haha! But no, this stuff is 100% legal and a miracle for your body. My grandpa always felt cold, he couldn’t get warm and it was so annoying for him. So he heard about the Hemp Oil and how good it is for million things in your body. And it is always worth to try right? So the whole family start to join him with the Hemp Oil, and it did make a difference. First of all my grandpa isn’t cold anymore… he feels normal like he used to feel.


And I noticed that my skin was a bit oily the first week, I really needed to wash it twice during the day (thank god for the blotting paper) but now it is clear and matte. A bit the same reaction as the tiny-tea teatox did to my skin. But the strangest thing was that I haven’t felt sick after a party… Normal when I drink a few wines I am so sick the next day, bad hangover not like normal but really really bad. And I found out that when I woke-up after a few “accident drinks” I felt normal!! Not sick, not a headache, not tired, just normal like nothing happened! PERFECT! So I tried it again and again and again hahah! And It is gone? How crazy is that?! *I am not saying that this works for everybody, because I don’t know I just found it out.

Also, once a month I am dying from the pain in my belly. When I feel it coming, I need to go home asap before it is to late otherwise I crawl on the floor from the pain and need to throw up. But since I use the Oil it is gone. I am so so so so happy for that! It is a panacea. AMAZING! I am sure it did more to my body but I haven’t notice it yet. I am using it for two weeks now and I am happy with the results. If you going to try it, or already use(d) it let me know how you have experienced, I am very curious.


What are the beneficial properties of Hemp Seed Oil?

Review Tiny Tea

As I promised, here is my review on my experiences with the tiny tea.
I just finished the 28 ‘Teatox’ from Your Tea. I have to say I do feel good, very good. Just before I started to drink this tea I wasn’t myself, I stopped with school and I had no idea what I wanted or who I was. I am not saying that the tea fixed all the problems but it gave me enough energy to enjoy every little thing in life again.

The first 5 days that i drink this tea (three times a day) my belly felt a bit strange.. It made noises but not hurting or anything. For me it was a good sign that it is doing something. After a few days I was so motivated and energized that I wanted to workout and eat extra healthy, just helping the tea with treating my body right. But that was not for long, when I decided to make I spend all my time behind the computer haha!

But I saw my face changing, my skin. The first 3/4 days I get a bit pimples and breakouts. Luckily after 1/1,5  week drinking the tea it disappeared, and my face cleared up. Normally I have this stripes under my eyes, (I don’t think anyone ever saw that, but I did) but they were gone! It looked like I was shining and my skin was clear. When my boyfriend came he said “wauw you look gorgeous, did you change your hair?” hahaha! No dummy, I drink the tea. So I have to say that it did work for me. I love it! And I can’t wait to try the Her Tea!

About the bloating, I took a few before and after photo’s but I don’t see a huge difference. But I do feel lighter.. Sounds strange, but I don’t feel bloated anymore. Before I always had the feeling after a meal that I could role away.. (You know what I mean? That I am too round, like a ball) And since I am using Tiny Tea that feeling is gone.

Drinking the tea for losing weight?
